Currently, Mr. Bose is engaged in doctoral research at the University of Birmingham, UK. His research focuses on microeconomic theory with a specific emphasis on its applications to the field of crime. He secured funding for his doctoral studies and has been conducting research in areas such as applied game theory and networking problems related to criminal activities. Some of the specific topics he has worked on include studying efficient criminal networks in the presence of infiltration, optimal informant selection for infiltration, and analyzing rivalries among criminal organizations.
In addition to his research endeavors, Mr. Bose also contributes to the academic community as a part-time graduate teaching assistant.
