- IIH:WT - A randomised controlled trial of bariatric surgery versus a community weight loss programme for the sustained treatment of Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension.
- PD COMM - A full scale randomised controlled trial on the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of speech and language therapy for people with Parkinson's.
- PD MED - A large randomised assessment of the relative clinical- and cost-effectiveness of classes of drugs for Parkinson's disease.
- Support TIA - Multi-centre, mixed-methods, randomised feasibility study with a process evaluation. Recruiting people who have experienced a transient ischaemic attach (TIA) or minor stroke to assess the feasibility and acceptability of the trial design, methods, intervention for patient participants and intervention providers, provide estimates of the effects of the intervention and attrition rates to inform a sample size calculation for a definitive randomised control trial (RCT).
