- ADEPP - Antidepressant for the prevention of DEPression following first episode Psychosis. At least 40% of patients who have first-episode psychosis (FEP) develop depression in the months after starting treatment for their psychosis. This trial will assess the effectiveness of a selected antidepressant in the prevention of depression following FEP.
- SNAPPER - a stratisfied randomised controlled trial to evaluate the clinical and cost-effectiveness of Stimulant compared with Non-stimulant medication for adults with Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and a history of Psychosis or bipolar disorder.
