Seny is a PhD student in the Division of Environmental Health and Risk Management. Her research focuses on ultrafine particles (UFPs), tiny particles with diameters less than 100 nanometers, in the urban atmosphere. Broadly, she is interested in understanding the sources and processes affecting this harmful yet not-been-regulated pollutant in the urban atmosphere.

Vitalis is an enthusiastic researcher with over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical drug research industry, applied health research, and clinical trials management. He is particularly interested in household and occupational particulate matter (PM) human exposure and PM source apportionment, with a specific focus on PM exposure in vulnerable populations, such as children.

Timothy Prince Chidike Ezeorba

Chengxu Tong

Chengxu Tong

Chengxu Tong is currently a PhD researcher in Environmental Health and Risk Management. His main research interests are in the air quality and climate change. He applies machine learning method and the causal inference to evaluate transport interventions on air quality. And he also focuses on the combined effect of extreme temperature and air pollution on public health.

Miss Xiaoqi Zhang is a PhD Candidate in the School of Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences. Her project is focusing on risk assessment of storm surges in storm surge in Chinese coast. She is interested in extreme events and focuses on the studies of meteorological hazards including tropical cyclones and storm surges and the main research area is Asia, especially the Chinese coast.
