Our Ingredients

We’re proud to create honest food and drink that’s as diverse and original as our University community. We cater to as many tastes and dietary requirements as possible, championing seasonal and ethically sourced ingredients, and creating menus that can be enjoyed by all.

Our commitment

Locally sourced ingredients

We use only 100% British meat and free range eggs, Red Tractor Milk and MSC-certified seafood in our menus. We’re passionate about providing food that’s good for you and the planet, that’s why we champion sustainably and ethically sourced ingredients across all our outlets, and work with local suppliers to reduce carbon footprint.
