Booking your room this summer

Key announcements

Undergraduate students

Our Guarantee Scheme deadline has passed. If you applied for accommodation by 30 June 2024, you will hear from us within five days of A-level Results Day with information on how to book your room.

If you have not yet applied, we can still help you find your student home. This will either be on campus or in the surrounding area or city centre with one of our trusted accommodation partners. We are contacting students without an application with instructions on how to make an application. Once we've received your application, we will contact you with information on how to book a room in Birmingham.

Please note that we will contact students that applied within the Guarantee Scheme first. We aim to contact students who applied for accommodation outside of the Guarantee Scheme approximately five days after A-level Results Day.

Postgraduate students

We are pausing postgraduate bookings to enable us to let new undergraduate students book. If you have applied for accommodation and have not yet booked a room, or wish to make an accommodation application, we will be in touch with more information by 20 August.

Clearing students

If you have received a place at the University through Clearing, you will receive a unique link to the Accommodation Portal in your acceptance email from our Admissions team. This will allow you to apply for accommodation with us.

We guarantee all Clearing students somewhere to live in Birmingham, either with us or with one of our trusted accommodation partners in the city. You can expect to hear from us once you've submitted your application by 20 August.
