Aitken and Chamberlain flat visits, 1 - 3 May

Your friendly Customer Service Manager Jackson will be popping by to say hi and chat about the benefits of sharing your feedback this spring. He’ll also be giving you a chance to enter a prize raffle. Jackson will be at Aitken on 1 May and Chamberlain on 2 and 3 May.

Mason giveaways, 1 - 8 May

Bag a freebie when you complete our survey at one of our pop-up stalls on the walkways outside Mason.

• Block 1 and 4 – 1 May (1pm – 3pm)
• Block 3 and 6 – 3 May (12pm – 2pm)

Customer Service Manager Hannah will also be in front of the lake on 8 May (1 – 3pm) with free chocolate for anyone who completes the survey. 

Doughnut giveaways, 1 - 9 May

Customer Service Manager Louise will be handing out free doughnuts and other goodies at Elgar Court, Maple Bank, and Shackleton. Grab a sweet treat by dropping by:

• Shackleton reception on 1 May (11.30am – 4pm) and 7 May (11.30am – 6pm)
• Elgar Court (near Block C) on 3 May (10am – 2pm) and near Block A on 8 May (9.30am – 2pm)
• Maple Bank (outside Block 9) on 2 May (10am – 2pm) and 9 May (9.30am – 2pm)

Tennis Court Customer Service Manager Alicia will also be giving away 50 doughnuts on 3 May. Make sure to look out for her around Tennis Court between 1pm – 5pm.

Not around that day? Drop by her stand outside Tennis Court between 1 – 5pm on 8 and 9 May to have the chance to enter our prize raffle and bag a sweet treat. Alicia will also be walking around The Vale giving freebies out between 1pm and 5pm on 10 – 12 May.

Tennis Court flat visits, 7 May

Say hi to your accommodation team as they pay your flat a visit to talk about the benefits of having your say. Get ready for freebies! Be on the lookout from 1pm – 5pm.

Eat and win @ Mason, 7 - 9 May

Customer Service Manager Hannah will be outside Mason’s social space (5.30pm – 7pm) giving away five coffee vouchers, plus the chance to win University merchandise in our prize raffle. Will you be one of our lucky winners? Free doughnut for every student.

You can also catch her between 12 noon – 3pm on 9 May, when she’ll be giving away pizza, plus lots of on-the-spot prizes. There will be music too, so bring your flatmates along for a dance!

Block parties, 8 - 10 May

Expect free food, games, music and more – it’s time to party! There will be instant prizes for survey completion, plus the chance to win big in our raffle. Join Customer Service Manager Jackson and your accommodation team at:

Elgar Court, Maple Bank and Shackleton flat visits, 10 May

Customer Service Manager Louise will be visiting your flat between 11am and 2pm to chat about the benefits of sharing your feedback this spring. To sweeten your day, she’ll be bringing free chocolate and sweets for you to enjoy. 

Giveaways, 1 - 3 May

Enjoy a doughnut on us at Bournbrook between 12 noon – 2pm and Jarratt Hall between 3pm – 5pm on 1 May. Don’t miss your chance to bag one of two £25 Love2shop vouchers in our lucky dip! 

Sweets more your thing? Don’t miss your chance to say hi to Customer Service Manager Chloe on 3 May, who will be giving out Haribo sweets for every survey submission. There will also be the chance to win coffee vouchers to fuel your day. She’ll be in Bournbrook’s rear car park from 12 noon – 2pm, and Jarratt Hall’s lounge from 3pm – 5pm. 

And if you can’t make any of the above events, don’t worry. We’ll be giving you the chance to grab a free soft drink at Jarratt Hall reception on 2 May (12 noon – 6pm).

Jarratt Hall reception giveaways, 6 – 10 May

Bag yourself a free bottle of dry shampoo and other freebies when you complete our survey at reception between 12 noon and 6pm on 6, 7 or 10 May. On 10 May, there will be University merch up for grabs – don’t miss out! Available while stocks last.

Jarratt Hall flat visits, 8 - 9 May

Look out for your accommodation team as they pay your flat a visit. They’ll be coming round to say hi and tell you why it’s important to ensure your voice is heard this May. This is also a great time to ask them any questions you’ve been meaning to ask about your student home. 

Survey launch party, 1 May

Join us in Pritchatts Park reception for music, sweet treats, a raffle, and more! This is also a great chance to connect with your Pritchatts community and meet the people behind your student home, including your Customer Service Manager, Adele. Drop by 12 noon – 3pm.

Free laundry wash and dry, 7 - 10 May

Heading to the laundrette? Your trip could be on us. Drop by Pritchatts House between 10am and 4pm on 7 and 10 May for your chance to win a free wash or dry when you complete our survey.
