Customer Service Managers

Every residence has its own Customer Service Manager, a friendly face to support you throughout your time with us. They're there to make sure you have the best accommodation experience, help you settle into university life, and resolve any issues you may have in your student home. 

Get in touch with them through your village reception or through the Student Living Helpdesk.

Private landlord accommodation

If you'd prefer to live in private, rented accommodation, we can help you find the right home for you. Get in touch with our Community Living team today, based at the Student Living Hub. If you're not on campus, you can get in touch through the Student Living Helpdesk.

We recommend exploring homes in the local area through UoB Property Search, the University's official off-campus accommodation search engine. Every listing on here is verified, so you can rent with confidence. 

Feedback and complaints 

If you have a problem, there’s always someone on hand to help resolve it. While we do everything we can to ensure you receive the best service, there may be times we don't get things quite right. If this is the case, please let us know so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible. 

If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, you can tell us about your concerns using our online accommodation feedback and complaints form.

On the other hand, if you would like to leave some positive feedback, please get in touch through the Student Living Helpdesk. We'll make sure the relevant members of staff receive the recognition they deserve.
