Women in STEM

Our Women in STEM Day is an inspiring day which aims to motivate Year 10 girls to continue studying Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics at GCSE, A-Level and beyond.

This event is an opportunity for year 10 girls to explore their skills and strengths and discover how these can specifically be applied to careers within STEM (Engineering and Physical Sciences subjects). We aim to break down barriers and perceptions of Women in STEM, inspiring students to succeed in their GCSE’s and pick relevant A-levels to open up opportunities for them when looking at higher education possibilities.
