The speaker at this seminar is Professor Jean McHale, Director of the Centre for Health Law, Science and Policy, University of Birmingham.

The NHS  has been entwined in the Brexit debates from the days of the Big Red Bus. Nearly three years on from the Referendum, the precise impact(s) of Brexit on the NHS and Health Law remain uncertain, not least due to the current volatile political situation. This paper explores the potential impacts upon the NHS itself, drawing upon work undertaken in the ESRC project Health Law outside the EU: Immediate, Intermediate and Long Term Impacts.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided at this free event.
