POLSISTalks is an open, informal, friendly forum where PGRs present their work in front of their peers.
Presentations can be any academic piece of work on any topic, they do not have to be the 'finished article' or fit within particular disciplinary or methodological limits.
POLSIStalks are a chance to present rough drafts, early ideas, thesis outlines, literature reviews, works in progress or recently completed work. Its main goal is to enhance the visibility of POLSIS PhD students’ research, nurture their academic skills and foster constructive debates on their work.
The staff member responsible for POLSISTalks is Dr George Kyris, and the PGR chairing is Bruno Sowden-Carvalho.
