Eurostat Data Research Training

A fantastic opportunity to attend a free hands on training course delivered by Eurostat at the University.

With over 300 million statistical data, Eurostatis a mine of statistical information that is unique in the world and covers all areas of European society. Eurostat is the leading provider of statistical information to the European institutions. However, given its broad nature and wealth of information it is equally appealing to other sectors at international, national and regional level.

The session will look at the different databases currently available at Eurostat as well as will highlight some important tips in order to better understand the information contained in them.Participants of this session will have the opportunity to work on a number of practical exercise during the hands-on session.This activity will benefit both academics and students interested in accessing and analysing a variety of social data at the European level.
