MedSoc also has a jam-packed social events calendar to ensure that you are never short of something to do in your spare time. The highlight of the MedSoc social calendar is the annual MedBall held at the spectacular ICC, where over 1,500 guests enjoy an evening of live music, excellent dining and fantastic entertainment.

International Student Society

Starting university can be daunting and it is particularly difficult for international students whom are often thousands of miles away from home.

As a member of the International Society you will be able to meet international students across all years who can offer invaluable advice on living away from home and coping with the demands of your course. If you’re an international student, this is likely to become your second family.

MedSoc sports teams

Getting involved with the sports that you love is easy with MedSoc. MedSoc sports teams are flexible enough to fit around your busy study timetable and cater for all abilities. Whether you are keen to keep up with an existing passion, or find a new one, you are welcome to join whatever level you are at.
