Elm House is in a prime and convenient location next to the Business School and opposite the University Sports and Fitness Centre, on Edgbaston Park.

Ground floor collaborative space for informal meetings, coffee, lunch, or a spot to drop-in and catch-up on some emails.
33 ‘set-down’ working spaces - just grab a spot and make yourself at home.
57 bookable hot-desks ready for work - 32” monitors with powered usb-c connection and keyboard.
- Sit/stand desks available throughout.
6 bookable ‘break-out spaces’ - small rooms for quiet working or an online meeting.
10 meeting rooms - from 6 – 30+ people.
Podcast/filming room - with sound reduction, 2 microphones/cameras, mixer and green screen.
Kitchens with communal tables for lunch, coffee or informal meetings.
Showers and full-size lockers - covered bike storage near-by.
