Join the University of Birmingham, the Library of Birmingham, and the Friends of the Shakespeare Collection for a day of family fun that celebrates the largest and most diverse Shakespeare collection held in any public library in the world.

This event presents an opportunity for children to make a fun connection with Shakespeare via arts, crafts, storytelling and performance.

It also presents a chance to hear about the inspiring ‘Everything to Everybody’ Project: a pioneering collaboration between the University of Birmingham and Birmingham City Council which opened up Birmingham’s distinctive Shakespeare heritage for people and communities across the City.

Hosted in the Children’s Library at the Library of Birmingham, the event is primarily designed for primary school-aged children and their carers.

This event is free and booking in not needed.

This event is part of the University of Birmingham's 2024 festival Hub programme.
