Disseminating your research

We invite you to attend the first CHASM PGR and ECR Network event of 2024!

We hope you can join us and take this opportunity to meet your fellow PGR’s and ECR’s as you expand your academic network.

This in person event at the University of Birmingham is open to PGR’s and ECR’s from any institution with research interests which align with CHASM’s Research themes and will focus on research dissemination for PGR’s and ECR’s.

With a host of available digital options, how we communicate our research is changing, with a myriad of ways in which we can engage our stakeholders, and hence increase the impact of our research.

In a practical morning session Dan Williamson, from the Centre for Care, will focus on digital dissemination.

The afternoon session is a chance to hear from members of the CHASM Team with real life examples of their research dissemination and to discuss participants ideas and plans together.

11-11.30am – Getting to know each other and refreshments.

11.30 -1pm – Dan Williamson, Digital and Communications Coordinator at the ESRC-funded Centre for Care.

1-1.45pm – Lunch.

1.45-3.15pm – Discussions with CHASM academics on disseminating research.

3.15 -3.30pm – Close and afternoon refreshments.
