Welcome to EndoSoc, the student-run Endocrinology Society at the University of Birmingham. We are a group of students based at the medical school who are enthusiastic about all things, hormones, and metabolism. Although endocrinology is a key part of the curriculum for medical students, clinical and research exposure, as well as information about pursuing a career in endocrinology, are limited. We hope to bridge that gap!
EndoSoc are excited to be partnering with CEDAM to help garner more interest in endocrinology among university students through careers evenings, subject-specific talks, and research-skills workshops. We will also be running revision sessions and partnering with other societies within the medical school to explore things like endocrine anatomy, women’s health, and more!
