Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) within the Department of Cancer and Genomic Sciences

An inclusive and diverse environment provides greater creativity, improves decision making and accelerates problem solving. Our Department celebrates the benefits that diversity brings to our research, teaching and community, and our core scientific values should embrace equality, diversity and inclusivity. By actively promoting these principles, we can improve our environment and promote access for staff, students and the community. Behaviour that ignores these key values and leads to isolation or discrimination will not be tolerated within our Department.
