As part of the consent process for CReST2 you will have agreed to the potential use of your national records, held by the Health & Social Care Information Centre and the Office of National Statistics, being used as part of the CReST2 Trial.
The CReST2 Consent Form for the trial will have asked you the following; 'I understand that information held by the NHS and records maintained by the NHS Information Centre and the NHS Central Register may be used to help contact me and provide information about my health status.'
