Attention in Autism online course

The Attention in Autism MOOC is freely available on the FutureLearn platform. Please note that access is free for a period of 4 weeks. For longer access you will need to purchase directly from FutureLearn.

The course is currently available in both English and Greek. Other versions will be available in the future.

The New CPAT

Below you can download for free the new version of CPAT (Computerised Progressive Attention Training) app. The app is available on both iOS (iPads) and Android, as well as on Windows.

It is strongly recommended that you follow the Attention and Autism MOOC (see links above) before you start using CPAT.

Our YouTube channel includes instructions and information videos to help you use CPAT.

You should also be aware of the terms & conditions of using CPAT. The app is provided as a free service. Once you install the app you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions before registering. An updated copy of the terms and conditions is also available here

CPAT for iOS

CPAT is available to download from the App Store on iOS. It is recommended for use on an iPad rather than a phone.

CPAT for Android

CPAT is not yet available on the Google Play store, but you can use the link below to download the CPAT installation file directly to your Android device. You me be asked to ‘allow app installation from an unknown source’. You will need to enable this option in order for CPAT to be installed on your Android device. CPAT is recommended to be used on an android tablet rather than a phone.

CPAT for Windows

The link below will enable you to download a zipped installation program to your windows computer. You first need to unzip the file and then double click the program that will guide you through the installation process, which will install CPAT on your windows computer.

Deleting your CPAT account

Using CPAT requires registration of a new user. However, a user can actively delete their account from the system after registration by login-in to CPAT and clicking the ‘Delete account’ button on the top right of the screen (see image below).

Deleting an account will remove all the user details from the server. Performance information of the CPAT activities performed by students that belonged to the deleted user will be kept on the server but without identification or association to the deleted user.
