Addressing the complex issue of Teacher Training and Attention in Autism (TTAA) and maximising its potential to promote and advance autistic children in school requires the combination of a breadth of expertise. We have therefore assembled a group of 9 organisations across the 4 participating countries that complement each other to provide such expertise including attention and academic performance, use of technology in autism, software development, attention intervention in autism, teacher training and professional development, and teachers and school managers working with autistic children. Importantly, such a project must build on a cross-talk between researchers, practitioners and users so that the shared experiences could be combined to produce a long-lasting effective outcome.
