WMHTAC was a wide ranging collaboration between a number of academic units and partners.
These were mainly based in the Department of Public Health, Epidemiology & Biostatistics and the Health Economics Unit at the University of Birmingham, but at various times also included partnerships with the University of Exeter and the University of Leeds. Other partnerships included ARIF and the local NHS.
WMHTAC carried out work for a variety of health research programmes, including the
WMHTAC also provided support for the Medical Advisory Panels of the DVLA and contributed to the Evidence Notes Series for Healthcare Improvement Scotland
