Childcare fund for Conference Attendance

The fund is primarily to allow attendance at conferences for individuals (normally with child caring responsibilities) who would otherwise be unable to attend.  Money is available (max. £150) to help towards your child and/or child-carer costs.  For example, this could help towards the cost of your child-carer’s travel/accommodation costs or perhaps your child’s conference admission costs.

Staff of all genders may apply for funding. Applications from staff with caring responsibilities for adults may also be considered. Applications can be made via the University intranet (log in required).

Parent and Carers Intranet Resource

The Parents and Carers resource section on the University intranet brings together information and support on all aspects of family-related leave and support for staff.
