Physiotherapy is an established therapy for treating conditions such as disease, injury, or deformity by using techniques such as massage, heat treatment, and exercise. Coupling this with exploration and critical evaluation helps to hone and improve clinical reasoning skills and effectiveness of holistic management of varied clinical presentations. The School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences is internationally recognised as a major provider of physiotherapy programmes, offering integrated research-led teaching within a highly interactive teaching environment. Our new MSc High Performance Sport programme enhances strength and conditioning research skills, critical analysis, project-management, and development of professional practice standards and planning, directing and evaluating plans for high performance athletes and staff.
Join us to learn more about the exploration of theoretical knowledge on these accredited programmes to develop specialist knowledge within the field of Sports Medicine, and develop your skills and practice to be better equipped for a career as a strength and conditioning coach, fitness coach, or sports scientist in applied sport science.
