Hosted by POD and UoB Women’s Network, this session will explore issues which affect women’s confidence in the workplace.

The hour will cover topics such as imposter syndrome, gaining (and regaining) confidence in making a next career move, and wider opportunities offered by POD to help support UoB staff.
