Developing Your Public Narrative
Crafting a narrative that motivates people to take action is one of the most important aspects of systems leadership. It is also one of the most challenging. Year after year great ideas and opportunities fail because the narratives we use do not connect with the people we need to mobilize. We will help you develop the skills to build compelling leadership narratives for your work using the art and science of Public Narrative.
Public Narrative is a leadership practice used to motivate others to join you in action. It is a framework for crafting and telling your story developed by Prof. Marshall Ganz of the Harvard University. Our approach is practical enabling you to develop your narrative skills by crafting a public narrative in which you seek to motivate others to join you in a specific action that is relevant for a challenge that you are currently facing.
