PERCAT Workshop: Research Grants - Where do I Start?

This workshop will give a broad overview of the UK research funding landscape, including an introduction to key funding bodies, the types of grants available and the intellectual and administrative stages involved in preparing a grant application. It will be of interest to postdoctoral and early career researchers who wish to apply for independent funding and would like to know how to get started.

We are planning to repeat the workshop in March 2019, please look out for further information.  People and Organisational Development (POD) also offer a very useful one day course on Grant Writing which is delivered by external experts and covers the do’s and don’ts of how to write effective research proposals, writing style and how to write clearly and accurately.
