We are developing a brand new clinical and anatomy skills centre, complete with state-of-the-art spaces and ultra-modern facilities to advance your practical learning.
Our new centre will open in 2026 and will be based at our Birmingham Health Innovation Campus (BHIC), close to the Medical School and centre of campus. These new facilities will provide opportunities to learn about anatomy using the best combination of established and innovative methods, or to explore both physical and virtual simulated environments to replicate a variety of settings and scenarios, reflecting closely your future careers. Including hospital wards, consulting rooms, a surgical theatre, and even a patient’s mock apartment, all of our simulation environments will be supported by digital immersive rooms and cutting edge simulation technology to support realistic, real-time scenarios and training.
