An introduction to the psychological factors impacting performance and participation in the game of golf. The module entails a broad survey of the major constructs, theoretical perspectives, and research findings in sport psychology and the literature covered will be couched in terms of implications for the golfer and golf instructor. Topics to be addressed include anxiety and performance, attention and concentration, motivation, communication and leadership
