We know you need flexibility when it comes to paying for your accommodation. That’s why we provide a range of payment options to suit you.
You can either spread the cost in manageable monthly instalments via Direct Debit or pay in full. You can also provide sponsorship details if someone else is covering the costs for you.
Whichever way you choose to pay, you will need to pay a £550 Advance Payment to secure your room with us. This is an initial instalment towards the cost of your accommodation, not a deposit. Therefore, it will not be refunded to you at the end of your contract.

If you require a receipt for the money you’ve paid towards your accommodation, simply fill in a few details and tell us you’d like an ‘Accommodation Fee Receipt’. Please send your completed form to us through the Finance Service Portal.

Requesting a refund
If you believe you have overpaid your accommodation fees, please let us know online. We can only refund the original payer of an account. If you would like us to send your refund to an alternative account, the original payer must fill out a Refund Authorisation Form, as well as a Student Refund Request form.

Authorisation contact details
We can only disclose or discuss a student’s account details with a parent, spouse, partner, friend, relative or other third party, if we have the student’s written consent. This is mandatory under the Data Protection Law.
This consent can be given by completing the ‘Authorisation Contact Details’ section of our online registration or by completing a Disclosure to Third Party form.
