Sustainable accommodation

We have been a zero waste to landfill university since 2010 and aim to be net-zero carbon by 2045. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we’re dedicated to bringing you accommodation that’s designed with you and our planet in mind.
Our residences encourage mindful living. They’re well-equipped with a range of recycling facilities and cycle storage, and are a short walk away from University railway station to encourage sustainable travel. Many also boast energy-saving features, such as sensor lighting and shower time monitors, to help reduce our community’s carbon footprint.
Our Green Community
Join our Green Community and live with likeminded students, united by a passion for sustainable living. Nestled in a gated complex at The Vale, our Green Community will help you live student life to the max with minimal impact on the environment.
