Jemima is a registered Social Worker specialising in Mental Health Social Work.  She has experience of working in an Adult Community Mental Health Team and as an Approved Mental Health Professional.  She is a qualified Practice Educator and enjoys supporting and assessing students in practice.  She left social work practice in 2017 to take an academic post, teaching on undergraduate and postgraduate Social Work Programmes.  In this role she was also the programme and admissions lead for the MA Social Work programme, supporting students academically through leading modules related to practice with adults, but also as placement tutor.   

Jemima’s interests are related to adult social care, mental health and developing relationship-based practice in social work.
