As a clinical reviewer, I collaborate with a team of experts funded by the NIHR to evaluate health technologies, striving for excellence and innovation to improve patient care and quality of life. I am deeply committed to advancing patient care through evidence-based practices and innovative research. With my Pharm.D., Ph.D., and extensive experience in health technology assessments, I bring a wealth of knowledge in pharmaceutical sciences, drug delivery, and health technologies to my role as a clinical reviewer in the Implementation Sciences team at the University of Birmingham.
During my Ph.D., I developed a systematically administered nano delivery system for enhanced penetration through the blood-brain barrier for glioblastoma. This research experience honed my experimental design and preclinical development skills.
Driven by a passion for improving patient care, I have worked as a research fellow at the University of Warwick for five years, contributing to the West Midlands Evidence Synthesis group. I conducted clinical reviews of health technology assessments and clinical trials. In 2025, I started collaborating with the University of Birmingham’s Implementation Sciences team, where I focus on reviewing clinical trials and observational studies to address critical gaps in patient care.
