Rebecca Holliday is a practicing BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with many years of experience working in NHS primary care services. She has experience of supporting NHS trainee practitioners within leadership positions as well as lecturing within universities.

Biography

Rebecca Holliday completed her undergraduate degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical) at the University of Exeter, which combined traditional taught modules alongside training to become a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within the NHS. After working within the NHS for five years as a PWP, Rebecca trained as a CBT therapist at the University of Nottingham. She subsequently worked as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Exeter before taking up the post of Assistant Professor at Birmingham.
