I am a Scottish drummer, composer, and bandleader based in Birmingham. I have released two
albums with my big band and string orchestra to critical acclaim and worked with world-renowned
composers Vince Mendoza and Maria Schneider. My quartet FORJ explore contemporary
composition and improvisation and have released two albums. I work regularly with a variety of
creative projects and am an active performer on the UK jazz scene.

I oversee all Jazz activity from solo performance modules through to the Music Society’s Jazz
ensembles.
