I have been involved in Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) for 10 years, supporting the use of technology to enhance learning in the classroom and online. I provide consultative advice and support for the effective deployment of TEL within my college, including the design and development of high quality supplementary eLearning courses and learning objects. Much of my research in TEL involves horizon scanning. I have a particular interest in learning design for blended, distance learning and the flipped classroom approach. Currently, I support MDS in delivering training and providing programme support, digital technology and on-line facilitation.
