Dr Tendayi Bloom is a Political and Legal Theorist who is interested in questions of noncitizenship, statelessness, and human mobility. Her current work explores these themes in the context of Global Migration Governance.
She is author of Noncitizen Power: Agency and the Politics of Migration (Bloomsbury, 2023) and Noncitizenism: Recognising Noncitizen Capabilities in a World of Citizens (Routledge, 2018). She is co-editor most recently of Statelessness, Governance, and the Problem of Citizenship (Manchester University Press, 2021) and Understanding Statelessness (Routledge, 2017).
