J. D. Dixon is a self-proclaimed Custodian of the Past. He is chiefly responsible for the Lapworth Museum’s >300,000 specimens, which includes acquisition, accessioning, and packaging; storeroom rationalisation; collections management system administration; and Integrated Pest Management and housekeeping. Dixon also undertakes website design; production of social media content; and volunteer/student supervision at the Museum.
