I am the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Manager responsible for the provision of the EAP component in  Foundation Pathways for international students at Birmingham International Academy (BIA).

BA (Hons) Film and Media Studies, University of Central Lancashire

UK Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA)

Biography

I have worked in English language teaching for over 20 years. I have taught in Japan and Australia and have worked in the Australian university sector since 2013 both as a teacher and academic manager. Although originally from the UK, I have spent most of my adult life in Brisbane, Australia. I relocated to the UK in 2024 to take up my role at the Birmingham International Academy.
