His first position was a Student Records Assistant and has since progressed to the role of Taught Student Administration Team Leader. During that time, he was seconded onto the BIRMS team as Project Support Assistant to help develop a streamlined and effective training provision for College staff, and Taught Student Administration. Nicholas has recently worked as Communications Co-ordinator alongside his Team Leader role for the University of Birmingham’s internal awards celebrating the outstanding contributions of Professional Services staff across the University, titled the BUAFTAs.
