She is using qualitative methodologies to interview domestic abuse service-users, representatives of the police force, and representatives from domestic abuse organizations. The study will take an Experience-Based Co-Design approach of service development. Qualifications MA Mental Health Counseling, Psychology MA Special Education graduated Summa Cum Laude BA Education (major) and General Studies (minor) Biography Shana is the recipient of a MA in Mental Health Counseling as well as a MA in Special Education from which she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Between her Masters and current PhD research she worked as a Program Supervisor in a behavioral health organization.
