Vinyl storytelling for Black History Month!

For Black History Month, UoB's Music Department welcomes Jayson Wynters (Instagram, Discogs, Soundcloud), a local Brummie DJ, curator, record producer, co-founder of Artum Birmingham, and descendant of the Windrush generation. Drawing on his vinyl collection, he’ll tell stories about the city, his family, and reggae in Birmingham.

The Music Department's Centre for Electronic Music will draw from its vast store of top-quality loudspeakers to provide a proper PA for all the reggae discs. Come join us for this immersive listening experience!

REGISTRATION REQUIRED and capacity is limited. RESERVE YOUR PLACE NOW!
