Biography

Mr. Juncheng Qian is a Ph.D. student in the School of Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Birmingham. Prior to his doctoral studies, he earned a Master of Environmental Science from the University of Melbourne, where he concentrated on climate change, energy transition, and climate policy. He also holds an Honors Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, with a double major in Earth Science and Ecology & Evolutionary Biology.

Juncheng specializes in exploring the co-benefits of achieving net zero emissions and improving air quality. His strong educational background, combined with his extensive research experience, has enabled him to make significant contributions to the fields of climate change, energy transition, and ecological sustainability.
