The School of Education has three Honour Degree programmes. One of them is a joint Honours degree programme which provides you with the opportunity to study Education and Sociology.
Alternatively, you may wish to consider a Foundation Year course which offers you pathways in each of the five colleges, including Social Science, with progression to almost any undergraduate programme upon successful completion.
Postgraduate
We have a large number of postgraduate programmes in the School of Education (called 'graduate education' in North America). Popular programmes include the MA Education (with 4 pathways), the MSc TESOL Education and our MA in Character Education which is a distance education programme.
Opportunities to study may also be found on other courses within the school, particularly on many of the campus based Professional Development Programmes which have progression pathways leading to Masters level. Many of these courses are unique and may be found in few other places in the UK.
