Resources for practitioners
The Equal Parenting Project at the University of Birmingham conducts engaged, academically rigorous research around the fields of family friendly policies and flexible working with the aim of promoting gender equality.
We work directly with industry, policies makers and the public and third sectors to explore issues and barriers women and parents face in the labour market and design tools to help organisations better support parents and help with women’s labour market attachment. Below you will find a set of tools designed by the Equal Parenting Project based on high quality academic research, which can be edited and used by your organisation. Please note these are copyrighted, so while they can be edited and used for your organisations use at no charge they cannot be used for financial gain.
