Working in the pharmaceutical industry, leading an engineering project for a case packer and palletizer.
MSc Management (Strategy pathway), 2016
After my graduation with an MSc in Management (Pathway Strategy) I started to work for [ru:t] GmbH, which is based in Munich. It is a consultancy for project management, process and organizational development.
Within my first 12 months I have worked mainly on projects in the automotive industry. In my first lead project, based in Germany, I was responsible for interior design elements for the trunk of the BMW 5 series. My second project was the new Polo dashboard by VW which is produced in Spain, so I’ve been there every week for six months. Currently I’m working in the pharmaceutical industry, leading an engineering project for a case packer and palletizer.
My MSc helped me to understand people from all over the world with different backgrounds and cultures. To learn how they think and solve problems is something that has expanded my mind and person a lot. The ability to adjust to different kinds of people also helps me in my everyday life as project manager.
“As my course had students from all over the world I try to stay in touch with them via social media. I’m also planning a trip to Asia where I’ll be visiting lots of fellow course mates.”
