The Wolfson Advanced Glasshouses and cottage are available for bookings by University of Birmingham research colleagues.
For academic bookings, the following booking options are available:
- Rotational Booking: generally used for the growth of Arabidopsis, this compartment will operate on a 16 week open/close period.
- Space Booking: these areas can be booked by the bench and are available for plants which are grown over a longer term.
A discretionary rate for early career researchers and new starters is available.
Enquiries can be made via email to the facility manager who will discuss space requirements and costs. Any space booking requests, including those for research grant applications, will need to be discussed in advance to ensure sufficient space and equipment requirements can be met.
