Family Fun Day: Wonders of the Ice Age
About the event
Join us on Wednesday 7th August for a Family Fun Day all about the Ice Age!
Learn about Ice Age animals and how they adapted to live in the cold climate, see some of our fantastic Ice Age fossils and do some Ice Age-themed crafts and activities.
Timetable:
11am – Storytime (Active Earth Gallery)
1pm – Ice Age objects show and tell (Evolution of Life Gallery). This event runs on a first-come, first served basis so please arrive early in order to avoid disappointment.
3:30pm – Storytime (Active Earth Gallery)
Other activities (10:00-16:30)
- Ice Age letter trail (pick up from reception)
- Ice Age arts and crafts (by the Jurassic display)
