'Women in Science' with Professor Alice Roberts

Professor of Public Engagement in Science, AliceRoberts, introduces a talk and discussion on the subject of ‘Women in Science’,a subject that she recently spoke about at the Young Woman Engineer of the Yearawards, 2013, and more recently, on Newsnight. Less than 20% of professors inscience and engineering are women; Alice asks why scientific careers arefailing to recruit and retain women.
