You will hear from Hilary Tansley, Estates Accessibility Officer about the journey towards inclusivity.

Hilary Tansley is a Chartered Building Surveyor and registered on the National Register of Access Consultants. She worked as a Building Surveyor in Higher Education for more than a decade before developing her interest in Inclusive Design by completing a MSc in Inclusive Environments and then working as an independent Access Consultant before joining the Estates Office at UoB as Accessibility Officer in Spring 2019.
